We started this web site after realizing how time consuming it was to get useful information relating to measurement.
Providing Value for Customers
After some initial investigation we discovered that suppliers have a tremendous amount of useful information that
is available to educate potential buyers. We add value by bringing the buyer’s questions and the suppliers’
answers together. This reduces the waste of time and energy involved with the purchaser’s acquisition and the supplier’s marketing processes.
Measurement is a very broad field with many developments. We are continually updating the site and adding
content so check back often. If you are interested in a particular aspect, please let us know.
Privacy Policy: We respect and honor your privacy. All communication with us is considered confidential and
none of the information you supply us, including your name, phone, address or e-mail, will be provided to anyone
else without your specific permission. Our site does have links that lead to other web sites and we do not have any control over the information that they collect when you visit their sites.

Providing Value for Suppliers
We provide an efficient marketing alternative for suppliers. Visitors to our site already have a measurement
opportunity in mind. They generally reach our site through a search engine by entering key words or phrases.
Additionally, once they get to our site they are plainly afforded the opportunity to search our site. Suppliers have
the opportunity to insure that they are highly visible to these customers through appropriate advertising and
listings on our home page or target commodity pages. We also have the capability of providing the supplier’s distribution contacts for specific geographic areas on-line.
Most major manufacturers have distributor networks in place to supply products to potential customers. These
are critical alliances and provide not only a marketing arm for the manufacturer, but a tremendous service to the customer. We are not particularly interested in direct sale or support of measuring equipment and pose no
threat to distributor markets. We are, however, very interested in getting the purchaser a solution to their
measuring needs. With this in mind, we do offer purchasing options from some affiliates from time to time. But, we will not compete in specific products or services offered by our advertisers.
Some suppliers do not have distributor networks in place or would like to have a "web presence". We offer a
good starting place. We can help you summarize your niche and provide you with a page that tells the world who you are, your major offerings, and how to get in touch with you.

Images need to be non-transparent GIF format and well under a 16K file size. We need to review animated GIF’s
before we can agree to post them. We do offer image “roll over” capabilities for multiple images which would be an additional setup cost. If you would like, we can also
assist you in developing a graphic image.
We reserve the right to review the content of any linked site or graphic for appropriate content. Absolutely no sites or
graphics with sexual, pornographic, violent or demeaning (sexual, racial, ethnic) content will be considered. We also reserve the right to terminate and remove any information
immediately should this type of content be discovered during an agreement period.
We do not consider our site to be a sales site. However, we do maintain some relationships with affiliates. When you
advertise with us, we certainly do not want to compete with you. We will make every reasonable attempt to remove any of our competitive product links to affiliates.
To get us started, simply send us your requirements and the page or pages you would like to use for advertising - please be
sure to let us know the location on the page and send us your graphic or text with linking information.
We will do a mock up and send you a copy of the format for your approval. Once we have received your approval we will
bill you via e-mail for the setup fee and get started with the final design. After we have received your payment, we will post the site and notify you when it is on-line and
functioning. If, within 2 weeks of notification, you are not completely satisfied, let us know so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. If you prefer, we will refund the
entire setup fee within the 2 week period.
Each 3 months after your initial posting we will bill you via e-mail with payment being due 30 days after the billing
date. We will keep your information posted as long as we continue to receive timely payment. We will notify you by e-mail at least 2 weeks prior to removing your posting.
During our relationship, if you wish to modify the content, graphics or links you provided us for the initial posting, we will
make the changes at no charge, as long as there are not more than 2 changes per month. We will also check our links at least once per month and report any faults to you.
